The ¸£ÀûƬÎçÒ¹¸£Àû Wellbeing Framework has been developed from research in the area of Positive Psychology.

It expresses the key principles that enable individuals to thrive: Build Connections, Find Meaning, Be Authentic, Stay Fit and Show Gratitude are the basis on which emotional, social, physical, cognitive and spiritual wellbeing is cultivated. Wellbeing is the foundation of quality of life and human flourishing; personal achievement, emotional resilience and social competence are predicated on children feeling safe, challenged, supported and connected to others.
