Dear Parents and Carers
It was a pleasure to welcome you to ¸£ÀûƬÎçÒ¹¸£Àû as part of our recent Orientation. We hope the experience, along with the information enclosed in these pages, has provided you with the details and confidence you need as your child prepares to begin their journey at Oxley.
We know the decision to entrust your child to a school is deeply personal. At Oxley, we honour each student’s individual journey, valuing the distinct and equal contributions of all. Respect, integrity and inclusivity are not simply ideals here; they are woven into the fabric of who we are.
As your child joins the Oxley community, we enter into a true partnership. Together, we share the responsibility and privilege of supporting each student to grow, discover and flourish.
At Oxley, we are fortunate to have a team of dedicated and passionate staff who work tirelessly to nurture and support every child’s learning and development. They know our students well, understanding their strengths, interests and potential, and they design learning experiences both within and beyond the classroom that challenge and inspire.
Oxley strives to be a kind place, a community where every student feels safe, valued and supported. This is something we all contribute to every day. By fostering an environment of respect and care, we create the conditions for our young people to take on challenges, see mistakes as valuable learning opportunities, and develop the attributes and skills that will enable them to thrive.

Life at Oxley is rich and diverse. Our academic program sits alongside a vibrant co-curricular life encompassing Sport, Service, Performing Arts, Outdoor Education and leadership. We encourage every student to embrace all facets of College life, to explore widely, participate fully and make the most of the many opportunities available to them.
Through these experiences, our students develop the essential qualities of resilience, resourcefulness and responsibility that will enable them to have fulfilled and meaningful lives beyond school. We aspire for every young person to leave our College as:
- independent critical thinkers
- creative and curious problem solvers
- confident, socially aware communicators
- purposeful collaborators
- challenge ready
It is my great privilege to serve this remarkable community, one grounded in kindness, courage and the pursuit of wisdom. I look forward to working with you in partnership and to seeing your child grow into the best version of themselves throughout their Oxley journey.
Please know that we are here to support you and your child every step of the way. Should you have any questions as you prepare for the year ahead, we warmly encourage you to reach out.
Warm regards
Mark CaseÂ
